Innovation ecosystem as factor of providing progressive structural changes in the economy

The article reveals issues of building the innovative ecosystem institutions problem in context growing role research Universities ensuring structural changes economy Ukraine. International comparisons actual state effectiveness and development potential Ukraine’s innovation have shown that it lags behind almost all indicators European Innovation Scoreboard. It is a confirmed necessity to form Ukraine policy based on criteria Scoreboard with goal improving its indicators, which comprehensively reflect national ecosystem.It has been focused formation central link – entrepreneurial University as progressive change’s generator economy. justified urgency increasing support for priority research, design development, educational are part regional ecosystems. necessary radically increase volume change structure funding field well activity, reducing share individual projects grants, should be financed mainly by business structures.It main practical determining place other scientific transformation insufficient attention implementation function basic innovations factor economic growth. suggested under Ukrainian policy, separate area related creation higher education (Universities) new generation identified, while important develop centres demonstrate presence cumulative human capital, despite their temporary crisis.
